Perfect staff and location, it was fairly clean here.

It was clean, and I liked very good staff and location. I was here for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant for breakfast.

Well, Wi-Fi was rather slow.

The hotel was clean, staff and atmosphere were excellent. The property had its own attached restaurant for breakfast, it was good.

I liked location and food here. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Weetwood Lane Moor Road bus stop. They had a friendly check-in. Moreover, parking was onsite.

Useful base for travelling to Leeds and exploring local places.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other tropical hotels. Exceptionally clean place near the sandy beach. Good sized beds, balcony, coffee and free Wi-Fi were a nice touch. The staff were happy to help when needed👌

Staff and food are impressive, I loved great bed. It's found in an excellent area, within walking distance of many landmarks of Leeds.

Sweet staff, incredibly comfortable location and themed rooms. Priceless view, a bigger balcony, relaxing bed, too. Friendly check-out was useful.

It was immaculately clean, the staff was kind, plus the service was friendly. There was a popular restaurant, shops and a supermarket next door. It was good to have warm drinks in the downstairs bar.

Marvellous hotel, welcoming staff, newly decorated room, reasonably large bathroom. Venue was reasonably clean. The bar was small. Efficient reception. There were strong internet and private parking available.

The lighting was good in the room. The place is 5 km away from Leeds downtown.

it was worth its 3 stars. loved the location and food, comfortable beds and very clean hotel. excellent dishes were served at the attached restaurant.

It truly was a good experience. The hotel was perfectly placed. We appreciated our suite.
